Just a quick note to tell you how happy we are with our new alarm system. It really was a breeze to install, and we love all the features, particularly the Chime feature. As you suggested we installed it on the side gate, which as I explained is adjacent to a sports oval. We now know exactly when we have uninvited guest in the backyard. The key fobs are great too, and I’m pleased that we went for the two way units. They’re a real talking point at work, gadget man and all that.

Dear David,

Well, it actually happened. We had an attempted break-in the other day, and I say attempted because he never actually got inside. We know that he didn't because the window he opened had a lot of my wifes vases and bits and pieces on it, and nothing was moved or broken. He must have run away as soon as the alarm sounded when he opened the window. As you said "where do you want the burglar to be when the alarm first sounds?". So installing all those window transmitters paid off.
